QFund runs the entire short-term lending lifecycle — loan application, origination,
disbursement, servicing and collections — for storefront, online and omni-channel
lenders. One configurable platform, as many loan products as your market needs,
50 state rule sets.

Agent & CSR experience
Learn one screen, know them all
The screens your storefront CSRs and collections agents use all day are modern, intuitive and, above all, identical in structure. Same header, same action rail, same field placement — in every module. Competence on one transaction transfers to all of them.
1 Take a payment→2 Run a refinance→3 Work a queue— same steps, same places, no second application to learn
New starters serve customers on their first shift
Short-term lending runs on high staff turnover, so every week of learning lands on payroll and on handling time. Training and help manuals are available — they are simply not what stands between a new hire and a served customer. See how the interface works.
API-first
Your front end. Our lending core.
Every function QFund performs is available as a RESTful JSON API — so you can run your own borrower portal, or keep the agent interface your staff already use, and let QFund be the system of record behind it.

End-to-end
One system, the whole loan lifecycle
Most lenders stitch together an origination tool, a servicing ledger, a payments gateway and a collections dialer. QFund is one core that does all five stages — so the data never has to be reconciled between them.
Application
Capture in-store, online, by phone or from a lead provider, with duplicate and fraud checks on entry.
Three things your current system probably can’t do
The most recent QFund release focuses on the three places lenders lose the most time — agent keystrokes, the learning curve on the screens themselves, and check-cashing overhead.
AI-Powered Assistant
Say it, see it done
Agents speak the outcome — “look up John Smith”, “take a $60
payment on loan 100428” — and QFund walks the screens, fills the fields
and posts the transaction.
Any check, any mode, multi-disbursal options and a highly configurable fee
structure — on a model where you pay per transaction instead of carrying a licence.
Counter, servicing, collections and check cashing share one modern screen layout,
so a CSR who can take a payment can also run a refinance or work a queue. New starters
serve customers on their first shift — no training programme standing in the way.
A borrower can apply in a store and pay online, apply
online and pay in a store, or move between the two mid-loan. One borrower record, one

What comes with the platform
The eight things that decide whether a lending system actually survives contact with a real operation.

Integration ecosystem
92 integrations already built — not a marketplace to negotiate
The integration list, not the feature list, is what decides your go-live date. A bureau or processor that has to be built and certified adds months; one that already ships adds a configuration task.
Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, Clarity, Plaid, Socure, REPAY, TabaPay,
Five9, LiveVox, Solutions by Text, MagTek, Black Book, Salesforce — and 78 more.

CNG Holdings, along with QFund Technologies, successfully completed our 6th and final LMS conversion onto the QFund platform. This was not our first attempt at consolidating our LMS platforms — as a matter of fact, we’ve tried several times unsuccessfully — but QFund truly separated themselves from other providers in terms of their discipline, collaboration and expertise: not only for our online platform, but for our branch-based retail network as well. Their professionalism, flexibility and commitment to excellence have made them much more than good technology providers — we view them as our technology partner.

FAQ
Questions lenders actually ask
What exactly is QFund?
QFund is a loan management system (LMS) for the U.S. short-term and alternative finance industry. It handles the complete lifecycle — loan application, origination, disbursement, servicing and collections — for payday, installment, line-of-credit, title/auto-equity, check-cashing and Texas CSO/CAB lending, across storefront, online and omni-channel operations.
Can QFund handle multi-state rule differences?
Yes — that is the core design assumption. Rate caps, fee structures, cooling-off periods, rollover and refinance limits, database reporting and disclosure requirements are configured per state, and validated during origination before an offer is presented to the borrower.
Can we run more than one loan product of the same type?
Yes — there is no practical limit. Several installment loan products can run at once, each with its own terms, fees and documents, and each offered only to the brands, channels, states and stores you choose. Configuration and testing, not a vendor release. Loan types.
How quickly can we change fees or paperwork?
Both are configuration. Agreements, receipts, authorisation letters, notices and customer communications come from templates you own, filled by mapping QFund’s existing placeholder values. Configure, test, go live — no vendor release cycle.
Do you integrate with the vendors we already use?
Very likely. QFund ships with more than 90 pre-built integrations across lead providers, address and identity verification, employment and bank verification, credit bureaus and alternative data, card and ACH processors, prepaid and instant-funding rails, SMS/IVR/email, dialers, collections agencies, accounting and HR systems, and store hardware. The current list is on the integration ecosystem page.
Can we run our own online portal or our own agent interface?
Yes. Every function QFund performs is available as a RESTful JSON API over HTTPS, so you can build the borrower experience in your own stack and brand, or keep the agent tool your staff already work in, and call QFund for verification, decisioning, origination, disbursal, servicing, payments and collections. Webhooks push loan and payment events back to your systems. Permissions, state rule sets and the audit trail apply to an API call exactly as they do to a keystroke, and platform configuration stays in QFund’s admin interface. See what the APIs cover.
How is QFund priced?
By delivery model rather than a single published rate card: subscription/ASP, licence, or the pay-as-you-go, zero-fixed-cost model used for check cashing. Figures depend on volume, loan products and states, so they come from a conversation — the models themselves are documented on the pricing page.
Who is behind QFund?
QFund is a product of Virinchi Limited, a publicly listed company (NSE and BSE, India), and has served the U.S. short-term finance industry for 25+ years from Marlboro, New Jersey. See about us and investor relations.
